About Us
The Pines of Delray North is a 55+ gated condominium community located five minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beach and downtown Delray Beach, Florida. Most of the 700 condominium units overlook beautiful lakes on the 77 acre complex in single story or two story buildings. The apartments range in size from 1200 sq. ft. to 1800 sq. ft. and most feature enclosed porches and updated kitchens.
The monthly maintenance includes basic cable TV, water, sewer, rubbish removal, landscaping, 24 hour manned security gate, and a professional management company. The association offers a variety of activities in its two clubhouses with swimming pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce courts, card rooms, billiard tables, exercise equipment and monthly events and shows.
